Circumstances when the penis is stuck in the vagina during sex, scientifically called the Penis captivus. The penis can be pinched because the vaginal muscle is stronger than usual, and presses suddenly.

While that makes it more dangerous, even though it's not in an erect state, the penis still can't be pulled out. Even for some problems that have occurred, medical help is needed to remove the penis from this vagina.

From the past, there were pros and cons about the clarity of the true or not Captivus Penis problem. Although there is no research or medical evidence of the condition, it does not mean that reports on the problem do not exist in the medical world

Penis Captivus problems are very rare. There are only a few problems that have been reported in the medical literature. The reporting had occurred between 1870 and 1872 years. The first incident involved a young couple who had just undergone six months of marriage.

Where when they have intercourse, there is a strong vaginal contraction until the vaginal muscles are spasm. For men, the condition makes the penis unable to be removed from the vagina, because of the pain that is experienced.

The next reported penis captivus problem was in 1872 years, the problem involved a married couple for a year. Previously, this couple had normal sexual intercourse, but then the peculiarity of the penis captivus was the pinching of the penis in the neck of the vagina. Despite that, over time when tension decreases, the penis automatically exits.

In 1979 years, two 19th century gynecologists once claimed to handle cases of penis captivus (British Medical Journal/ auth). Even the following year a medical journal published a response from a reader, who claimed to be an eye witness when a couple was taken to a hospital in his area, that was certainly due to having a penis captivus. Then in 2016 years also, a television channel in Kenya published the presence of a couple who was taken to a local shaman, after experiencing the same thing. Then in the following year, the penis captivus event also circulated widely on social media, whether Facebook or WhatsApp.

Not necessarily information about the problem of the penis captivus, resulting in different opinions. Almost all the news and medical reports related to the penis captivus, are only based on rumors or news that cannot be justified.

However, at least the two problems described above make evidence that the penis captivus can occur. Initially, the penis is pinched due to vaginal contractions pinching an erect penis. After the erection slowly decreases, the penis can be removed. Although there are still other factors that trigger it, such as the intimate organs used by jewelry.

Related to the occurrence of the penis captivus that lasts a long time or leads to loss of life, it is still a possibility that cannot be eliminated. Although it is rare, the penis captivus problem, which has often been considered a rumor, has yet to find a medical report specifically in Indonesia.

Because the penis captivus can happen to anyone, then some of the following methods can be done before deciding to ask for medical help. Because if you have asked for medical help, of course shame will be borne. The methods, namely :

1. Avoid panic and stay calm.

Panic makes the penis more tight and causes pain or discomfort.

2. Calm yourself by taking a few deep breaths.

This is so that the muscles also relax, and slowly the sex organs that stick together will be released.

3. Don't do anything that can hurt yourself and your partner as long as it happens.

For example, compelling sex or using lubricants so that the genitals can be released, this certainly will not overcome this condition.

4. If after a few minutes it is still not released, then immediately decide to contact the medical personnel.

Meanwhile, it is likely that the doctor will inject muscle relaxants in the person and partner, to help relieve contractions.

5. If the incident recurs.

If the event repeats itself, immediately consult a specialist to do further examinations regarding the cause, starting with vaginismus or problems with blood flow in the sexual organ.

Penis Captivus and Vaginismus and their differences

The penis captivus is often associated with vaginismus. In fact, this condition is different. Vaginismus is a condition when the vaginal muscles experience seizures when something is entered, such as the penis, so penetration is difficult.

While in the condition of the penis captivus, the penis is trapped inside the vagina and cannot escape. Vaginismus may have something to do with fear or anxiety when having sex. Medical experts, too, have not received strong evidence about the cause of this disease. For vaginismus conditions, women who experience it can practice to control the muscles around the vagina. One way is to do Kegel exercises regularly.

Most women in Australia have higher education from various leading universities. At the age of the end of 20 years, they married and settled. In order to respect their family and culture, they decided not to have sex before marriage.

There are two types of Vaginismus. Primary Vaginismus, which is if every sexual intercourse is painful. Then secondary Vaginismus, secondary Vaginismus occurs when a woman who has previously had sexual intercourse is traumatized by a difficult birth, sexual violence or other painful experience.
