One beluga whale, found with straps that appeared to be made by Russia, has sparked fears of Norwegian officials.

Speculation emerged that the animal might have escaped from Russian military facilities. Joergen Ree Wiig from the Norwegian Fisheries Directorate said "St. Petersburg Equipment" was written on the seat belt, which was equipped with a link for the camera.

Ree Wiig said the whale was discovered by fishermen in the North Pole, Norway, last week. They reported finding a benign white whale with a tight belt.

Joar Hesten (Fisherman) told a press release in Norway, NRK, said that the pope rubbed himself on a boat when he first saw it.

On Friday, Hesten was assisted by Ree Wiig, jumping into very cold water to release the seat belt. "People in the Norwegian military have shown great interest in the seat belt". He said Ree Wiig (AP/ auth Tuesday 30/4)

Audun Rikardsen or a professor in the Department of Arctic and Marine Biology at Norwegian Arctic University in Tromsoe, northern Norway, believes it is likely that the Russian Navy in Murmansk was involved. Russia has major military facilities in and around Murmansk on the Kola Peninsula, on the northwestern tip of Russia.

He said, that he had examined with scholars in Russia and Norway. He said they had not reported any programs or experiments using beluga whales.
"This is a tame animal used to get food so that is why making contact with fishermen. The question now is whether he can survive by finding his own foodwe have seen cases where other whales in Russian captivity are fine". He closed

The conclusion of the author, by putting a belt on an animal's body as a tool for any purpose including politics, is an unjustified action because animals are living beings who want to live freely without burdens, let alone hurt or injure these living beings.
