Though sleeping seems petty, but the benefits are not in doubt. Without sleep, our body will lose time to recover itself, so we become unhealthy and sick easily.

But what if you have trouble sleeping ...?. Actually a lot of causes a person experiencing sleep disorders at night. Either financial difficulties, family issues, and other personal issues.

How ever, a recent study says that a messy bedroom may be the main cause of a person's difficulty sleeping at night.

The messy rooms, according to the researchers, create anxiety so that the drowsiness comes hard and you stay up all night.

On the contrary, those who always take time to clean the room, found it easier to sleep and feel happy.

In addition to difficulty sleeping, messy rooms and many piles of goods is the main cause of fatigue that you feel when you wake up in the morning.

This study reveals data that 83 percent of respondents who were diagnosed with insomnia problem claimed lazy to tidy up the room and hobby pile-stuff, especially around the mattress.

Psychologists say, those who like to hoard goods, typically difficult to make decisions and determine priorities. So difficult to sleep automatically becomes the main problem.

Then that's the stuff that accumulates and buried around the room can make people who are in it have impaired cognitive function, stress, and depression.
