Many factors can make your sperm quality decrease. As a result, fertility was disrupted.

One of the causes, it can be due to air pollution. but there are easy ways to overcome them, simply by eating certain foods to keep the sperm quality better.

Citing Boldsky, a new study found a strong link between air pollution and decreased sperm quality.

According to research physician Lao Xiang Qian, of the University of Hong Kong, air pollution is the single biggest environmental health risk in the world.


Because, areas with high levels of air pollution, containing toxic chemicals such as heavy metals that enter the lungs and enter the bloodstream until sperm. The study was conducted on 6,500 men in the age group of 15-49 years in Taiwan.

There is a strong link between high levels of air pollution, and the form of abnormal sperm. Therefore, this condition can be countered by consuming a number of specific foods, including:

1. Black Chocolate.
Black chocolate contains essential amino acids and contains high antioxidants. Thus raising the number of sperm and its quality.

2. Garlic.
Garlic is one of the most famous herbs that helps in increasing sperm count.

Garlic contains allicin, which improves blood flow and protects the sperm from being damaged.

In addition, garlic also contains an important antioxidant called selenium that improves sperm quality.


3. Broccoli.
Broccoli is rich in vitamin A and can increase sperm count. the best way to eat broccoli is to add it to the salad or eat it half-baked.

4. Walnuts.
Among all the nuts, walnuts are one of the best. walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids that increase blood flow to the genitals and increase sperm count.

5. Banana.
Rich in vitamins C, A and B1. Bananas also contain an important enzyme called bromelain. Eating bananas regularly helps in improving sperm quality.

So that our sperm to be better, certainly if our sperm thick and healthy, would be good for fertility content.
